| 13. REFUNDS |
When you make a purchase with us,legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way of purchase agreed by us are limited by our terms and conditions.You my not purchase through this site unless you understand and agree on all our terms and conditions.Return policies vary depending on product.For non custom made products,we accept returns within 7 days after you have made a purchase.Goods returned must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition.Products damaged,used or acessories missing would not be accepted.Thereafter purchaser is entitled for entire cost on item.All returned items will be customers expense back to the original point of dispatch.On request this can be arranged by us.The refund would be arranged within 30 days after we received the goods,an additional 35% fee will also be charged and subject to inspection as to whether there is suitability for resale.All returns or any such cancellations should be done by the original purchaser. |

| 14. REPAIRS |
Purchaser must contact original seller for repairs on powertools,provided that the product is still under a 1 year warranty and has a copy of a invoice with a valid invoice number.Therafter the purchaser would be advised to send such product for repairs to designated dealers. |
